29 CFR  1926.652(a)(1): Each employee in an excavation was not protected from cave-ins by an adequate protective system designed in accordance with 29 CFR 1926.652 (b) or (c):    a) 252 Showers Road, Milton, PA 17847 - On or about October 18, 2021, an employee was installing a sewer line within a nine and one half (9 1/2) foot deep trench deep without an adequate protective system to protect the employee from a cave-in.   ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION  AND DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED
