29 CFR 1926.451(b)(2): Except as provided in paragraphs (b)(2)(i) and (b)(2)(ii) of this section, each scaffold platform and/or walkway was not at least 18 inches (46 cm) wide:  a) At 4409 HWY 87 Milton, Florida: On or about October 19, 2021 and at times prior; the employer allowed his employees to work from a scaffold platform that was approximately 7.25 inches wide exposing his employees to fall hazards of approximately 6 feet to the ground below.
