29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):  "Residential construction." Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest systems.  On or about 10/19/2021, Vandegriffe Roofing Company, Inc. was installing roofing materials on a roof of a residential building located on lot #1 on Ramblewood Way in Wentzville, MO.  They were not utilizing guardrail systems, a safety net system, or personal fall arrest systems.   An employees was observed working on 6/12 sloped roof, approximately sixteen feet above the ground, without utilizing fall protection.  VANDEGRIFFE ROOFING COMPANY, INC. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1450105, citation number 2, item number 2, issued on 12/19/2019, and was affirmed as a final order on 1/22/2020, with respect to a workplace located on lot 158 on Forest Ridge Drive in Warrenton, MO.  VANDEGRIFFE ROOFING COMPANY, INC. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1308915, citation number 1, item number 1, issued on 5/2/2018, and was affirmed as a final order on 5/21/2018, with respect to a workplace located on lot 10A, Cabot Court in Wentzville, MO.  VANDEGRIFFE ROOFING COMPANY, INC. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1307229, citation number 1, item number 1, issued on 5/2/2018, and was affirmed as a final order on 5/21/2018, with respect to a workplace located at 515 W. Kirkham Avenue in Wentzville, MO.  VANDEGRIFFE ROOFING COMPANY, INC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1208113, citation number 1, item number 2, issued on 2/23/2017, and was affirmed as a final order on 3/13/2017, with respect to with respect to a workplace located on Ramblewood Way in Wentzville, MO.
