29 CFR 1926.1052(c)(1)(ii):Stairways having four or more risers or rising more than 30 inches (76 cm), whichever is less, were not equipped with a stairrail system along each unprotected side or edge: On or about 10/07/2021, at 1662 SW 19th Ave. Boca Raton, FL: the employer did not provide handrails for an employee while carrying an air handling unit using a hand truck up a staircase with no handrails, exposing the employee to a 7-foot fall.
