This condition exposed employees to fall hazards from heights of equal or greater than 6 feet from lower level.  Gerardo Velasquez was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1301609, citation number 01, item number 01 and was affirmed as a final order on 05/15/2018, with respect to a workplace located at 2175 Enchanted Cress, El Paso, TX 79932.
