29 CFR 1926.405(a)(2)(ii)(I): Flexible cords and cables were not protected from damage, sharp corners and projections, or pinch points. (a) 5181 Riverside Dr. Macon, Georgia: On or about October 19, 2021, employees performing commercial construction, were exposed to electrical hazards in that three (3) 100 ft. extension cords being used to charge scissor lifts, had been routed between doors and through vehicle and foot traffic, exposing the cords to damage.
