29 CFR 1910.178(p)(1):Powered industrial truck(s) found to be in need of repair, defective, or in any way unsafe had not been taken out of service until restored to safe operating condition(s) a. On or about October 20, 2021, in the fabrication area, a Toyota 42-4FGC25 LPG forklift was in operation that had been found in need of repair. The forklift was found to have a missing, functional seatbelt and visible chunking of a tire, but was not taken out of service.
