29 CFR  1926.1153(i)(2)(i): The employer did not ensure that each employee covered by this section could demonstrate knowledge and understanding of at least the information contained in paragraphs (i)(2)(i)(A)-(i)(2)(i)(F) of this standard.   At a worksite located at 3026 NW Thoreau Pl, Lee's Summit, MO 64081: Employees were exposed to respiratory hazards in the form of respirable crystalline silica. Employees were mixing Ash Grove Portland Lime Motor and Quikcrete Mason Mix (Type S Motor).  Employees were exposed to potential health hazards associated with the mixing of products that contain crystalline silica. Such exposure could result in serious bodily harm including, but not limited to: skin burns, lung irritation, and silicosis. The mixing of products was last performed on October 19, 2021, the date of the inspection.
