Raul Mendez was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1292995, citation number 01, item number 003, issued on  2/6/2018 and was affirmed as a final order on 2/18/2018, with respect to a workplace located at 1107 Knoll Creek Dr. Mansfield, Texas 76063.
