OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to electrical hazards while performing harvesting activities:   (a) Greensgrow Farm located at 2501 East Cumberland Street Philadelphia, PA: On or about March 24, 2022, the employer did not ensure that electrical cables of approximately 240 volts or less, had minimal clearance to avoid contact with a metal frame, thus exposing employees to an electrical hazard.  (b) Greensgrow Farm located at 2501 East Cumberland Street Philadelphia, PA: On or about March 24, 2022, the employer did not ensure that electrical cables of approximately 240 volts or less had a minimal clearance to avoid contact with a metal freezer, thus exposing employees to an electrical hazard.
