29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1):Employees were not provided with eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations present potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents: (a) This violation occurred on or about October 20, 2021, at the job site located at 391 Meredith Drive, Fate, TX; where employees were applying shingles to a new residential single family house while using Hitachi nail guns, model number and serial number could not be obtained. Employees were not wearing safety glasses and were exposed to eye injuries.
