29 CFR 1910.67(c)(2)(v): A personal fall arrest or travel restraint system that meets the requirements in subpart I of 29 CFR 1910 was not worn and attached to the boom or basket as required. a) At the above referenced inspection site, on or about October 20, 2021, the employer exposed an employee to fall hazards, in that the use of fall protection was not enforced, while an employee was performing tree trimming from an aerial lift.
