29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1):Employees were not provided with eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations present potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents: (a) This violation occurred on or about October 20, 2021, at the job-site located at 633 Ardsley Lane, Forney, TX; where employees were applying shingles to the roof while using Pierce nail guns. Employees were not wearing safety glasses and were exposed to eye injuries.
