29 CFR 1910.67(c)(2)(v): A personal fall arrest or travel restraint system that meets the requirements in subpart I of this part was not worn and attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift: (a) On or about 10/15/2021 - I-20/59 Southbound Tuscaloosa Rest Area, employees were exposed to fall hazards when fall protection was not utilized while traveling in an aerial lift and the basket was approximately 6.5 feet high from the ground.
