29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11):Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a) Stonebridge Elementary School, 12750 Bedrock Blvd, Spanish Fort, Al.; On or about October 19, 2021: The Controlling employer, Bayshore Construction Co., Inc., failed to ensure subcontracted roofing employees, James Connolly, were protected from falls of 14 feet 6 inches to the ground below in that the company failed to ensure fall protection was being utilized.
