29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn and a lanyard attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift. On or about 10/22/2021, Classic Sign Services, LLC was repairing a sign at 851 W. Pearce Boulevard in Wentzville MO. The crew lead was using a boom truck equipped with a Versalift, Model SST37ENA/ Seral # DT070028, to access the sign to facilitate the repair. He was not wearing a body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket while using the lift.
