29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2)(i):Footings were not level, sound, rigid, and capable of supporting the loaded scaffold without settling or displacement: Site- On or about October 20, 2021 an employee working from a ladder jack scaffold fell when one of the scaffold support ladders was loaded with the weight of two employees causing the ladder feet to sink into the ground. The unintentional displacement caused the scaffold platform to move suddenly causing the employee to fall.
