On or about October 22, 2021, an employee was observed in a Skyjack (Model #SJ86T, Serial #97100437) aerial lift on the east side of the Oneida Heights residential building in Appleton, Wisconsin.  The employee was sitting on the top rail of an aerial lift with their feet resting on the midrail, exposed to potential fall hazards.
