The employer did not ensure that when wet processes are used, drainage is be maintained and, to the extent feasible, dry standing places, such as false floors, platforms, and mats are provided.  a) On or about 10/22/2021; in the establishment, Employer did not have a housekeeping program in place. Walking working surfaces in areas such as, but not limited to: main office, top dock located off the main office, processing building, baler area, and outside storage areas had a lot of garbage on the floor, oil and water spills. Employees were exposed to a slip, trip, and fall hazards.  ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
