29 CFR 1910.219(f)(3): Sprocket wheels and chains which were seven (7) feet or less above the floor or platform were not enclosed: Location: MSB Machine On or about 10/21/2021, employees were not protected from caught-in hazards from unguarded chain and sprockets while operating the #11 metal strip machine.
