OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to struck-by hazards in the live hang area because a shackle was not supported by its two stationary live hang bars:     (a) On or about 10/22/2021 - Live Hang, employees placing chickens on shackles on the conveyor were exposed to struck-by hazards when the stationary live hang guide bars that support the shackles were missing, causing the shackles to swing as they entered the live hang area.
