29 CFR  1926.501(b)(4)(ii):Each employee on a walking/working surface was not protected from tripping in or stepping into or through holes by covers.  a) On or about 10/07/2021, Employees were exposed to hole ( 2ft width x 29 1/2 ft length ) in floor while installing drywall while standing on a six foot ladder 7 inches near edge of hole. Employer was the exposing employer of a multi-employer inspection.  NO ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED
