29 CFR  1926.502(b)(1): The top edge height of the top rails, or equivalent guardrail system members, was not 42 inches (1.1 m) plus or minus 3 inches (8 cm) above the walking/working level.  (a) Lot 39 cluster, at 1612 N. Atlanta Hwy, Auburn, GA; On or about October 20, 2021; employees engaged in framing activities during residential construction were exposed to a fall at approximately 13.5 ft. to the ground, where the guardrails were not installed in wall openings.
