Semmes, AL; on October 26, 2021 and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to safety hazards such as, but not limited to; struck-by, punctured by, and injuries to the eyes, in that the employer allowed employees to use compressed air of an unknown PSI, and tube style air blow guns that were missing side vents designed to reduce air pressure.
