At the jobsite located at 15725 Cody, Overland Park, KS, employees engaged in stuccoing activities using a Werner 6 foot A-frame ladder, were exposed to fall hazards in that the ladder was not used for the purpose that it was designed. An employee was working from the ladder while it was leaned against the structure.
