29 CFR  1926.451(e)(1):When scaffold platforms were more than 2 feet (0.6 m) above or below a point of access, portable ladders, hook-on ladders, attachable ladders, stair towers (scaffold stairways/towers), stairway-type ladders (such as ladder stands), ramps, walkways, integral prefabricated scaffold access, or direct access from other scaffold, structure, personnel hoist, or similar surface was not used.  Crossbraces were used as a means of access.  At jobsite located at 16537 Stagecoach Lenexa, KS, employees engaged in stucco work were exposed to fall hazards in that the employer did not ensue employees accessing/egressing a scaffold, more than 2 feet, used a ladder.

29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):  At jobsite located at 16537 Stagecoach Lenexa, KS, employee engaged in residential stucco activities were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 10 feet from the roof to the ground in that fall protection was not utilized.

29 CFR  1926.501(c):When employees were exposed to falling objects the employer did not require employees to wear hard hats and did not implement measures to prevent objects from falling from higher levels as set forth in (c)(1)-(3) of this section:  At jobsite located 16537 Stagecoach Lenexa, KS, employee engaged in material handling activities working below an employee engaged in stucco activities were exposed to struck-by hazards in that head protection was not utilized.  Jr's Stucco LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(c), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1407831, citation number 1, item number 4 and was affirmed as a final order on 09.25.2019, with respect to a workplace located at 8903 Marsh in Liberty, Missouri.
