29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(i): The point of operation of machines whose operation exposes an employee to injury, were not guarded: a) Jobsite, Spring Shop area, 3004 Venture Court, Export, PA 15632: On or about October 7, 2021, the point of operation of a Schmidt brand 6.5 ton pneumatic punch press was not guarded. Employees using the press to process shunts were exposed to crushed-by hazards to the fingers and hands.
