29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2): The employer did not report within 24-hours a work-related incident resulting in in-patient hospitalization, amputation or the loss of an eye. (a) 9161 Swaying Branch Rd., observed on or about 10/07/2021, an employee in the process of installing roof trusses from a concrete block wall fell 10 feet breaking both ankles. The employee was hospitalized on October 7,2021, the owner knew of the hospitalization on October 7, 2021. The employer did not report the work-related incident which resulted in the hospitalization of an employee within the 24 hours requirement, it was reported on October 21, 2021.
