29 CFR 1926.28(a): The employer is responsible for requiring the wearing of appropriate personal protective equipment in all operations where there is an exposure to hazardous conditions or where this part indicates the need for using such equipment to reduce the hazards to the employees. a) 2801 North T Street, Pensacola FL; On October 26, 2021, and at times prior, while conducting land clearing activities, the employer exposed employees to struck-by hazards and crushed-by hazards in that employees were allowed to operate a John Deer 650J LGP Crawler Dozer without using the seat belt provided by the manufacturer.
