29 CFR 1926.1052(c)(1)(i):Stairways having four or more risers or rising more than 30 inches (76 cm), whichever is less, were not equipped with at least one handrail: At 9196 Green Road Lenexa, Kansas, employees were exposed to fall hazards. Employees engaged in framing activities were exposed to a fall distance of approximately 10 feet from the first floor to the basemen below in that the stairways were not equipped with handrails.
