29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1)(i): Each employee on a boatswains' chair, catenary scaffold, float scaffold, needle beam scaffold, or ladder jack scaffold was not protected by a personal fall arrest system:          a) On or about October 26, 2021, employees were exposed to the hazard of falling approximately 18 feet while working from ladder jack scaffolding without the benefit of fall protection.       No abatement certification or documentation required for this violation.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b):            a) On or about October 26, 2021, employees were exposed to the hazard of falling while performing roofing work without fall protection from a pitched roof surface having a ground to eave height of approximately 20 feet.   Built Tough Construction, Inc., was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501 (b)(13) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1497259, citation 2, item 1, and was affirmed as a final order on December 14, 2020, with respect to a worksite located at 637 W. North Street, Hinsdale, Illinois.    Built Tough Construction, Inc., was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501 (b)(13) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1350593, citation 1, item 1, and was affirmed as a final order on January 8, 2019, with respect to a worksite located at 5 N. 364 Rohlwing Road, Itasca, Illinois.                No abatement certification or documentation required for this violation.
