The employee was exposed to cuts and lacerations hazards.

29 CFR  1926.1053(b)(13): The top or step of a stepladder was used as a step:   On or about October 27, 2021, on the north side of the construction site, an employee used the top step of a six foot A-frame ladder to install framing material on the third level of the residential home exposing the employee to 6 feet fall hazards.

29 CFR  1926.405(g)(2)(iv): Flexible cords were not connected to devices and fittings so that strain relief is provided to prevent pull from being directly transmitted to joints or terminal screws.     On or about October 27, 2021, on the residential construction site, employees using an extension cord to energized a Makita skill saw that had the outer sheathing pulled away exposing internal wiring were exposed to electrical shock hazard.
