29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):  Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, a personal fall arrest system, or an alternative fall protection measure as provided by another provision in paragraph (b) of this section:  a.   At a temporary residential construction worksite, on the second floor, located at, or near, 290 Granite Avenue, Lot 21, in Saint Augustine, Florida: On or about October 25, 2021, the employer exposed five framing employees to 11-foot fall hazards at the floor edges and down through the open floor joists, in that fall protection systems were not utilized by employees who were installing floor decking.   b.  At a temporary residential construction worksite, on the second floor, located at, or near, 290 Granite Avenue, Lot 21, in Saint Augustine, Florida: On or about October 25, 2021, the employer exposed five framing employees to fall hazards ranging from 6 to 8-foot at the floor edges surrounding the access opening of a staircase, in that fall protection systems were not utilized by employees who were installing floor decking.
