(a) Jobsite located at 27 Chipmunk Ln, Media, PA: The employer failed to perform a jobsite assessment to determine what PPE was needed to protect employees who were performing tree trimming and removal. Employees operating a chipper were not protected with personal protective equipment (PPE) including but not limited to cut-resistant leg protection. Condition noted on or about the 4-month period of June 26 - October 26, 2021.
