29 CFR 1926.34(a): Building or structure exits were not so arranged and maintained as to provide free and unobstructed egress from all parts of the building or structure at all times when it was occupied: a. At a new construction residential townhome temporary worksite, on the southwest corner of the second story roof, located at 252 Pine Bluff Drive in Saint Augustine Florida: On or about October 27, 2021, the employer exposed four framing employees entrapment hazards, in that a means egress, such as stairs or ladders, was not provided for the employees to immediately descend from the roof, while these employees installed roofing paper.
