29 CFR 1910.1025(h)(1):  All surfaces were not maintained as free as practicable of accumulations of lead:  a) On or about October 28, 2021, and at times prior, the employer, Rocky Mountain Aircraft Services, LLC, had not ensured surfaces of the workplace were kept free from Lead in a manner that was as low as practicable.  Based on Lead wipe sampling data of various surfaces, employees were potentially overexposed to lead due to a poorly implemented housekeeping program.  Lead wipe samples ranged from 16.4 to 7,077.4 micrograms per 100 cubic centimeters on various working and eating surfaces.

Cadmium wipe samples ranged from 2.5 to 129.5 micrograms per 100 cubic centimeters on working and eating surfaces.
