Or, on roofs 50-feet (15.25 m) or less in width, each employee was not protected by use of a monitoring system:  a) On or about October 27, 2021 at 24568 Perdido Beach Blvd (The Tradewinds), Orange Beach, Al: The employer failed to ensure employees checking and correcting minor roofing work on the top of the elevator shaft building were protected from falls which exposed employees to fall hazards of 14 feet 11 inches to the roof below.
