29 CFR  1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there is a possible danger of head injury from impact, or from falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, was not protected by protective helmets.   a- On or about 10/29/2021 at 20 Woodland Ave, Allendale NJ 07401(Residential Roof): CSHO observed employees engaged in roofing activities on a 6 on 12 pitched roof in which roofing bundles were being staged overhead employees exposing the employees to overhead impact hazards as head protection was not utilized.   b- On or about 10/29/2021 at 20 Woodland Ave, Allendale NJ 07401(Residential Roof): CSHO observed employees engaged in roofing activities using a RGC Pro200 Material hoist in which the operator was exposed to overhead impact hazards as roofing shingle bundles were being conveyed to the roof exposing employees to overhead impact hazards as head protection was not utilized.
