29 CFR  1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(A):Flexible cords and/or cables were used as a substitute for the fixed wiring of a structure:  a) On or about October 29, 2021 the employer failed to ensure that flexible cords were only used for temporary wiring of equipment within the facility. The employer allowed for flexible cords to be able to be used for an extended length of time for electrical power of a pump in the pump control room. The cord supplied 110v for operation of the pump.   b) On or about October 29, 2021 the employer failed to ensure that flexible cords were only used for temporary wiring of equipment within the facility.  Accompanying equipment for Press #18 contained flexible cords for supplied 110v. The equipment was not temporary at the time of inspection.
