29 CFR 1910.178(l)(1)(i): The employer did not ensure that each powered industrial truck operator is competent to operate a powered industrial truck safely, as demonstrated by the successful completion of the training and evaluation specified in this paragraph (l):  (a) BJ's Wholesale Club #56 located at 1260 East Woodland Avenue, Springfield PA: On or about October 27, 2021, the employer did not ensure that powered industrial truck operators operating powered trucks such as, but not limited to, Crown CB (Model RC5515-30) successfully completed the training and evaluation to ensure operators have the knowledge and skills needed to operate the powered industrial trucks safely.
