29 CFR 1910.67(c)(2)(v): A personal fall arrest or travel restraint system that meets the requirements in subpart I of this part was not worn and attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift: (a) On or about November 1, 2021, on the north side of a parking lot, where employees were exposed to fall hazards while taking measurements from truck-mounted Elliott boom lifts without a fall protection system. The Goodone Enterprises, LLC dba Empire Canopy, Sign, and Construction was previously cited for a violation of an equivalent Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1391636, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on June 7, 2019, with respect to a workplace located at 172 FM 1488 Rd., Conroe, TX 77384.
