29 CFR  1910.22(a)(2): The floor of each work area was not maintained in a clean and, to the extent feasible, dry condition.  a) Green Bean/Potato Line Building - On about November 1, 2021 and times prior thereto, the employer did not ensure that passageways and work areas were kept in a clean and dry condition in that water was allowed to pool onto the work floor and food waste accumulate onto the work floor and create slippery walking and working surfaces.  Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
