29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(1):Where portable ladders were used for access to an upper landing surface and the ladder's length allows, the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing surface being accessed: A) Rear of house located at 112 North Trail Way Lot 138, on or about October 27, 2021, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards in that the ladder used by employees to access the roof, which measured at 9.8 feet from the ground to the eave, did not extend at least three feet above the landing zone.
