29 CFR 1926.28(a): The employer did not require the wearing of appropriate personal protective equipment in all operations where there is an exposure to hazardous conditions. Location: 13 Salerno Drive Enfield Ct 06082 On June 1, 2021, an employee was preparing to install an in-ground pool. He was working on an excavation site without reflective or high visibility clothing that would lessen the likelihood of employees' being struck by excavator or other heavy equipment and without steel toe boots to protect employees' feet from being crushed by rocks or heavy equipment.
