29 CFR 1926.501(b)(2)(i):Each employee who was constructing a leading edge 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: If the employer could demonstrate that it was infeasible or created a greater hazard to use these systems, a fall protection plan meeting the requirements of paragraph (k) of 1926.502 should have been developed and implemented. (a) 212 Barnwood Lane (Lot 36 Sosebee Creek Subdivision), Dawsonville Georgia; On or about October 27, 2021, employees installing floor decking materials, exposed to fall hazards of approximately 11 feet 3 inches and 13 feet 6 inches, were not provided a means of fall protection.
