29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b). On or about November 1, 2021, on the north side of the construction site, employees engaged in decking work without fall protection were exposed to unprotected fall hazards of approximately 18 feet to the ground below. Adrian Ortiz Araujo was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1498042, citation number 01, item number 002 and was issued on October 12, 2020 and affirmed as a final order on October 26, 2020, with respect to a workplace located at 2836 Riverbend Place, Fort Worth, Texas 76113.
