ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION AND DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED: Abatement certification is required within 10 days after the abatement date noted on the citation. This certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date abatement was completed, method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement. IN ADDITION, abatement documentation shall include documents demonstrating that abatement is complete, such as evidence of the purchase or repair of equipment, photographic, or video evidence or abatement or other written records.

Miller Printing and Publishing, Inc. dba Area Shopper Miller Printing - On or about 10/20/21, and at times prior thereto, employees were required to periodically access the Folder area on the Web Leader Press (serial # 61=136) for minor work activities that included but were not limited to, re-attaching the newsprint to the roller. Special hand tools for keeping the employee's hands out of the moving parts in the Folder area had not been provided. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION AND DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED: Abatement certification is required within 10 days after the abatement date noted on the citation. This certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date abatement was completed, method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
