29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b):    a) On or about November 2, 2021, employees were exposed to the hazard of falling approximately 20 feet while working without fall protection from a pitched roof.  No abatement certification or documentation required for this violation.

29 CFR 1926.552(a)(1): The employer did not comply with the manufacturer's specifications and limitations applicable to the operation of all hoists and elevators:    a) On or about November 2, 2021, a material hoist was used for climbing to reach a roof deck at an elevation of approximately 20 feet where roofing work was being conducted.    No abatement certification or documentation required for this violation.
