OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to stuck-by and crush-by hazards: a) Production Area (Ink Room): On or about October 27, 2021, and at times prior, the employer failed to anchor and bolt down storage racks to prevent employees from exposure to struck-by and/or crush hazards when working near storage racks. Additionally, the employer failed to ensure that a placard indicating the storage racks maximum loading capacity was conspicuously displayed on the racks to ensure the rack wouldn't become overloaded.
