Skeel Ave. Oscoda, Michigan 48750:    On or about November 4, 2021, in the employee breakroom,  the employer failed to ensure that each employee was separated from all other people by at least 6 feet when indoors. Employees were approximately  2-3 feet apart while sitting at the breakroom table eating and drinking with no additional controls such as, but not limited to physical barriers in place to control the spread of SARS-CoV-2 the virus that causes COVID-19.
